    1. Om te beginnen sparren wij binnen onze lessen niet volgens een full-contact systeem, maar volgens
    2. oog op controle en veiligheid. Het is inmiddels wetenschappelijk aangetoond dat contact op het hoofd
    3. kan leiden tot blijvende hersenletsel en daarom ten alle tijden vermeden zou moeten worden.
    4. Het is ons optiek daarom cruciaal van belang om veiligheid altijd voorop te stellen, zeker
    5. Wij hanteren in onze lessen dezelfde hybride benadering zoals Grootmeester Kim dat doet, waarmee wij
    6. onze leden het beste van zowel het Taekwon-Do als het Kickboksen trachten mee te geven.
    7. Dit is ook de reden waarom wij altijd met bokshandschoenen trainen i.p.v.
    8. met de open handbeschermers. De gecombineerde jeugdlessen hebben altijd de etiquetten en omgangsvormen van het
    9. Taekwon-Do (als leidende rode draad) door de lessen heen lopen, waarbij de (vrijblijvende)
    10. examens en graduaties ook plaatsvinden volgens het officiële Taekwon-Do systeem.
